How is my monthly donation used?
Your monthly gift pays for valuable youth programming, including afterschool care for 3rd-6th graders, college preparation for high schoolers, employment readiness, and youth mentoring, as well as our Community Youth Centers that are open during non-school hours for positive recreation and constructive activities. Our community’s children are very impressionable, and some are on the verge of adulthood — your support helps steer them away from a path leading to risky behavior, and instead guide them on a course towards becoming responsible adults that are productive in our community.
What amount enables me to become a Champion?
You can become a Youth Champion for any amount you like! Even more important than the size of your donation is the commitment you are making to providing regular support each month. Whether it’s $5 or $50 per month, you can rest assured knowing that you are supporting programs that have a deep and long-lasting effect on children, families and entire communities through a flexible and cost-efficient method of donation.
How can I stay up-to-date on the impact my gift is having?
As a Youth Champion, we know that you have a strong vision and commitment to children so we want you to stay connected with the work and impact that your donations are helping to achieve. What are my payment options?
The easiest and most cost-effective way to become a Youth Champion is by using our online donation form to set up payments from your bank account or credit card. Your donation will always be processed on the day of the month that you originally set it up. For example, if you signed up for monthly donations on November 19th, then future payments will always take place on the 19th of the month.
Can I change the amount of my donation after I sign up? What if I need to stop my monthly donation?
Yes! It’s easy to increase, decrease, or stop your contributions at any time. Simply contact us at office@middleearthnj.org
Is my credit card or bank account information secure?
Yes! We take your privacy and security very seriously. As a result, we have contracted with one of the most respected online fundraising platforms. Your personal information is securely stored in a DonorPerfect Online CRM database. DonorPerfect utilizes Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption and multiple security checks on both the server and user side to ensure all data is completely protected. When will I receive my tax receipt?
We will send you a tax-deductible receipt every January. This receipt will record all of your donations to Middle Earth for the entire calendar year.
