What is VISIONS Employment Readiness Partnership?

Partners share community impact with minimal administrative burden.

What does the VISIONS Program Do?

The purpose of the Visions Program is to increase the employability of out-of-school youth who face life challenges by providing work readiness training and support services. Our mission is to help young people become responsible self-sufficient members of our community!

  • 20-hour internship
  • 1 mock interview
  • $5000 for continued workforce training

NEW! We are now piloting an expansion of VISIONS eligibility to include a limited number of low income students who are currently enrolled in school, but who could benefit from additional help with career exploration, job readiness skills, and planning for their next steps. To be eligible, students must be low income and must have at least one documented barrier to employment. Limited spots are available.
