What is VISIONS Employment Readiness Partnership?

Partners share community impact with minimal administrative burden.

  • Share our program flyer with youth
  • Refer interested youth in need via a simple one-page online form
  • Optional participation in providing job shadowing opportunities, mock interviews, and/or internships

By supporting workforce development partners will also receive:

  • your logo on our website (right) and select materials
  • a featured spotlight on Middle Earth’s Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In
  • increased community collaboration and public acknowledgment as a youth-supporting organization
  • access to job-ready youth for internships or entry-level positions

Young people who leave school early are up to 4X more likely to:

What does the VISIONS Program Do?

The purpose of the Visions Program is to increase the employability of out-of-school youth who face life challenges by providing work readiness training and support services. Our mission is to help young people become responsible self-sufficient members of our community!

  • 8 job readiness courses
  • 4 hours of community service
  • 1 workforce credential
  • 20-hour internship
  • 1 mock interview
  • $5000 for continued workforce training
