Leadership Opportunity
Middle Earth is in search of dynamic and innovative candidates for our Board of Trustees. We strive to support and promote excellence in board service.
Our Board of Trustees is comprised of leaders from the for-profit and social impact sectors who are dedicated to our mission to help youth in Somerset County develop into responsible self-sufficient members of our community. As the preeminent resource for youth development in Somerset County, Middle Earth strives to be a model of governance and philanthropic excellence.
In addition to the standard roles and responsibilities of a board member, our board members are active advocates and ambassadors for the organization and are fully engaged in identifying and securing the financial resources and partnerships necessary for Middle Earth to advance its mission.
As the premier organization for youth development in Somerset County for more than 50 years, Middle Earth is in search of the next leaders that will propel our organization to the next level of creating opportunities and support for youth.
